Starters

Strips of white fish in a cajun and Dos beer batter

Spiced steak and onion crispy fried taquitos

Goats cheese toasted quesadillas with a sweet chilli jam

Meatball soup (or our veggie option) served with organic bread

Chilli rellenos - jalapeno chillies stuffed with soft cheese, coated in bread-crumbs and deep fried, with tomato salsa

Chicken strips in our special mole sauce

Mains

Sizzling fajitas served with warm flour tortillas, salsa, crème fraiche guacamole and grated Mexican cheese. Choose from:

• strips of chicken marinated in tequila, triple sec and lime juice
• vegetables roasted with garlic and chillies
• strips of beef marinated in tequila

Taco station for 2 - crispy corn tacos and toasted tortillas with rice and dips. Choose 4 fillings; chipotle spiced fish, chicken mole, spicy shredded pork, beef chilli, veg chilli, chicken fajita, veg fajita and refried beans with cheese

A combination of tender beef, chicken and bacon, slow cooked with our special mix of herbs and spices to make a satisfyingly hearty Mexican stew, served with crusty bread

Breast of chicken marinated in a red jalapeno, coriander and pine nut pesto, oven baked and served with our tomato and coriander rice

Large flour tortilla burrito, packed with beef / vegetable chilli and cheese, baked in the oven until lightly crisped and served with tomato & coriander rice and salad

Baked fish marinated in tequila, chilli, garlic and coriander, topped with fresh guacamole and served with mexican rice and warm flour tortillas

A prime ribeye of beef, cooked to order and served with patatas bravas, roast tomatoes and mushroom (£2.00 surcharge). Choose to have your steak: plain / blackened /with a smokey chipotle marinade

Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice-cream

Lime cheesecake with a ginger base

Mexican dessert quesadilla with a nutty chocolate and coconut filling served with vanilla ice-cream

Cinnamon tortilla chips drizzled with honey and served with vanilla ice-cream
