Our dining room at Bibi’s is available for your exclusive use with our Fiesta menu, which is available to parties of 30 – 38.

Enjoy an evening of authentic Mexican cuisine complete with margaritas and our Fiesta inspired decorations.

While our Latin tunes are the perfect accompaniment to any Fiesta, if you’d rather listen to your own playlist, just bring along your ipod and make use of our docking station.

Check out our amazing menu choices for your Fiesta Party at Bibi's. This varied selection of Mexican dishes will get your night off to a spicy start and is great value at only £22.50 per person.

Starters

Jalapeno chillies stuffed with soft cheese, coated in breadcrumbs and served with tomato salsa

Soft flour quesadillas filled with chicken, smokey chipotle chillis and Mexican cheese, grilled and served with crème fraiche (v)

Freshly fried corn chips loaded with beef / vegetable chilli, smothered with cheese and topped with salsa, crème fraiche and sliced jalapenos

Smoked fish and coriander potato cakes served with a zesty mayonnaise

Mains

Marinated chicken or roasted vegetable fajitas served sizzling with warm flour tortillas, salsa, crème fraiche, guacamole and grated Mexican cheese

A Mexican stew of tender beef, chicken and bacon, slow cooked with our special mix of herbs and spices, served with organic bread

Herb and tequila baked white fish fillet topped with fresh guacamole, served with warm flour tortillas and tomato & coriander rice

Large flour tortilla burrito, packed with beef / vegetable chilli and cheese, baked in the oven until lightly crisped and served with tomato & coriander rice

Prime ribeye of beef with patatas bravas, roast tomatoes on the vine and mushrooms
